INTRODUCTION

Lazada is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia that specializes in selling all kinds of products such as electronics and fashion to the everyday needs of people. As millions of people make online purchases daily, the mobile app of Lazada has become an important tool to make the process of searching, ordering, and monitoring goods easy and convenient.


In this project, our team undertook a User Experience (UX) research to understand how people use the Lazada mobile application. The aim is to find out areas that are confusing, how easy it is to perform some usual shopping activities, and give suggestions to improve it and make it easier to use and be satisfied with.



This paper is conducted in response to the Assignment 2 (Online Blog): as a part of the DCS1103U - User Experience (UX) Design course, in the Faculty of Data Sciences and Information technology.
